1 Introduction

2 Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Account" — the individual player account registered and maintained on the x666io Platform.
- "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
- "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalents or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering and/or other conditions.

3 Account Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement

Registering an account while under the required minimum age is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by applicable law. 3.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Own Identity Requirement
You may only register an account in your own legal name. Registering on behalf of another person, or providing false identity information, is a breach of these Terms. All KYC documentation provided during verification must be authentic and belong to the account holder.
4 Account Registration
4.1 Registration Process
To access the full features of the x666io Platform, you must complete the account registration process. This involves providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details are accurate and up to date.
4.2 KYC Verification
x666io reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (dated within three months), and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. x666io is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
Security recommendation: Use a unique, strong password for your x666io account. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out completely.
5 Terms of Use
5.1 Permitted Use
The x666io Platform is made available solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting entertainment. The Platform may not be used for any commercial purpose, data scraping, system testing, or any activity that could damage or impair Platform functionality or other players' experience.
5.2 Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree to:

We are not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, including incomplete sports bets or interrupted gaming sessions, except where caused by our direct negligence.
6 Deposits & Withdrawals

7 Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms

Where no specific terms are communicated, these General Terms govern. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, x666io reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds released as a result of such abuse.
7.5 Promotional Changes
x666io reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already accepted in good faith under the promotion's active terms will be honoured.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x666io Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform;
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity;

Unauthorised use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose you to legal liability.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x666io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.
x666io does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude x666io's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling risk acknowledgment: Gambling involves risk of financial loss. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, and that this risk is accepted voluntarily. x666io is not responsible for gambling-related financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
12 Data & Privacy

13 Suspension & Termination
13.1 By x666io
x666io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where: there is a suspected breach of these Terms; there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable timeframe; or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 By the Player
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and any minimum withdrawal thresholds must be satisfied. x666io will process any remaining real-money balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following satisfactory KYC completion.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, x666io reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings and, in cases of confirmed fraud, any real-money balance pending investigation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law clauses — shall do so.
14 Amendments to These Terms
x666io reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x666io holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that x666io is not licensed by any Pakistani authority and that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may govern or restrict their ability to participate. x666io makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling for Pakistani users and accepts no liability in this regard.
